Boy did it take a lot to get this crew together?! They are always so busy. But Ms Lauren finally set the date and {possibly} made a few threats if everyone didn't show up! I'm so glad she did, because I really had a lot of fun with this family...a few very interesting moments, but overall very fun!

I had another Christmas Session with 2 very precious children...oh, and their Mommy and Daddy too! I had a great time with them. Mr. Ty was pretty excited about the AHS game after family portraits....and I'm sure he was thrilled later on that night after the Panthers won!!

*Brayden & Brylie--Christmas '09

I had my very first Christmas session yesterday, with the *handsome* Brayden and *beautiful* Brylie. And I must say, these are 2 precious children! They were so much fun! Brayden is pretty excited about Christmas....and couldn't wait to see the new movie--"A Christmas Carol" today! I'm hoping he had a good time, because he definitely deserved it after being so cooperative and dealing with my camera in his face yesterday. :)

The Sorrow/Hatchell/Brown Crew!

Sunday afternoon was my session with the Sorrow/Hatchell/Brown families. We had planned this session for the weekend before {Halloween weekend}, but with the weather so nasty we decided to move it to this past weekend {make sense?..ok!} Anyway I'm so glad we did...because I don't think we could have asked for a more beautiful day! It was the perfect day for family portraits, running around and playing, and of course losing cell phones! Now the ones participating in the family portraits were:: Suzanne, Hank, Elayna, Craig, Fran, Addison, Sydney and Slade {for the most part}, KayKay and Benji....The ones participating in the running around/playing were:: Benjamin! And the losing of the cell phone would have been...umm..ME! So, it was a very interesting afternoon to say the least! But I had a lot of fun and spent time with a very beautiful family!

Miss Izzy!

Baby Izzy is 6 weeks old. She was visiting her *very proud* this weekend. Lindsey asked if I had time to come by and get a few shots of this precious baby girl....well, of course I did! Well with Izzy not being in her familiar surroundings and not having a full nap all day, she wasn't really in the mood to have my camera shoved in her face. But, being the *sweet baby girl* that she is--she let me get a few shots anyway!

Chris, Misty...and of course, Whit!

So, I had my very first couple session today with Chris and Misty. They've been married for 6 years now and haven't had any portraits done since they got married. You know everyone has the engagements portraits, then the wedding portraits, and on to maternity...who says you can't have 'Just for Fun' portraits?! And that is exactly what this session was...FUN! They brought their 'adopted' daughter, Whitney along for a few shots too {lol!} We had a very....well, interesting session! I won't go into details, but I definitely got a very good laugh out of it!! :)
